The deadline is extended, a new opportunity for citizens to benefit from 30 thousand denars for natural gas connection.

The Ministry of Energy, Mines and Mineral Resources has announced the publication of the revised Program for Stimulating Gas Supply within the Amvisëri region for the year 2026 in the “Official Gazette.” This regulatory update significantly extends the application deadline for residents seeking financial assistance. The revised timeline provides Amvisëri residents with an extended opportunity to secure state support for natural gas infrastructure. Under the program, eligible applicants can receive financial aid of up to 30,000 Lek.

This support can cover up to 70 percent of the expenses associated with connecting to the natural gas network or purchasing a gas boiler. The Ministry confirmed that a total of three million Lek has been allocated to facilitate the implementation of this measure. These funds are designated for distribution based on a “first come, first served” principle until the allocated capital is fully utilized.

The extension of the application deadline to October 31, 2026, is intended to maximize community participation and ensure that more households can take advantage of this financial benefit. Authorities emphasized that the revised program aims to broaden access to natural gas services across the region. Interested residents are advised to review the details published in the Official Gazette to understand the full scope of eligibility requirements and application procedures.
