The EU and member states promote opportunities for education within the International University of Pristina.

A week into the International Summer University (PISU) at the University of Pristina, the Rectorate courtyard hosted a gathering that brought together students, academics, representatives from Team Europe, and various institutional bodies. Supported by the European Union in Kosovo, the event was dedicated to fostering cultural exchange and providing comprehensive information regarding study and mobility pathways available through EU programs and its member states. In a setting designed for informal dialogue, attendees also connected with recipients of the Erasmus+ program and other EU scholarships.

These interactions facilitated an exchange of views concerning diverse learning and academic opportunities across Europe. This gathering marked the 26th edition of PISU, which ran from April 6 to April 17. The university campus in Pristina served as the central point for nearly 300 participants hailing from Kosovo, the broader region, and various parts of the European Union.

The event underscores the institution’s role in connecting regional students with advanced educational prospects provided by EU frameworks. The initiative aims to enhance academic mobility and deepen understanding of European educational structures among the next generation of scholars.
