European Union and Kosovo Government Launch 40 New Scholarships for Civil Servants
The European Union in Kosovo and the Kosovo Government have announced the allocation of 40 new scholarships as part of the Young Cell Scheme program. This initiative aims to support aspiring civil servants within Kosovo by providing opportunities for advanced education at European Union universities. The selection process for Round XVI of the program has been completed, marking a significant expansion of the scheme’s reach.
Students and young professionals from Kosovo will now be able to pursue studies at recognized institutions across the European Union. A special welcome event will be held today at 17:00 in Salla P38 of the Government Building in Pristina. Representatives from the European Union in Kosovo, the Kosovo Government, and implementing partners will attend.
The event will also include the scholarship recipients. “A welcome event will be held to highlight the core principles of the program,” according to the announcement. The scholarships represent a continued commitment from the government and the EU to invest in the future of Kosovo by developing a skilled and capable civil service.
This program underscores the ongoing collaboration between Kosovo and the European Union in fostering educational and professional development within the country.
