Kyiv, Ukraine – During a visit to Kyiv on May 11th, German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius cautioned against interpreting any statements made by Russian President Vladimir putin regarding a potential end to the conflict in Ukraine. Pistorius stated that putin’s proposals could represent another instance of deception. According to reports from Telegrafi, the German minister believes putin is attempting to shift focus away from perceived weaknesses within his military.
