The LDK del with five points after the party leadership meeting, confirming support for Abdi Xhiko.

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) released five conclusions following a meeting of its Central Executive Board. During the session, the party addressed the most recent election results, internal party developments, and the current political climate within Kosovo. In the official statement issued after the meeting, the LDK assessed the level of commitment demonstrated by its structures, candidates, activists, and general membership throughout the election process.

The party noted that while the election results represented an increase in support, the outcome was deemed insufficient to meet the LDK’s broader political objectives. Specifically, the statement indicated that “the election result, although showing an increase for the LDK, does not meet our political goals and expectations.” Furthermore, the LDK asserted that the responsibility for identifying shortcomings and subsequently translating this electoral growth into wider public backing rests with all levels of leadership and organizational bodies. These five conclusions aim to guide the party’s strategy moving forward.
