The suspect is currently suspected of possessing two weapons, one of which was reportedly licensed. Authorities also recovered nine shells at the scene of the incident. Information suggests that the conflict escalated from a disagreement concerning a parking space, leading to the discharge of a weapon.
In related developments, the Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Peja announced that, under order from the State Prosecutor, B.K. has been detained for a period of 48 hours. This detention is in connection with suspicion of committing the criminal act of “Attempted Murder.” According to the Prosecutor’s Office, this action was taken immediately after receiving the initial information regarding the event.
