The principle of precedent, the Government of the Republic of Macedonia undertakes to resolve the conflict.

The ongoing efforts to implement the jurisprudence test in Albanian are continuing to receive attention. The government is actively involved, having assembled a specialized group of experts to guarantee comprehensive and diligent work toward its finalization. This initiative focuses on ensuring strict adherence to existing laws and regulations.

Currently, no specific timelines are being announced for the completion of this process. However, the VLEN coalition has placed responsibility for the situation on previous Albanian justice ministers, citing their failure to adequately harmonize the legal framework. Izet Mexhiti, a prominent figure within the VLEN coalition, hasn’t excluded the potential for supplementary legal statutes to be introduced alongside the jurisprudence law.

He stated, “Within the government, an expert group is being formed, which is working intensively to resolve this matter, but in the future, issues concerning notaries and other segments may also arise, which have not yet been fully addressed.”

The government’s continued focus underscores the importance of this undertaking within the Albanian legal system. The situation is being carefully monitored, and further developments are anticipated as the expert group progresses.
