The Basic Prosecutor’s Office in Ferizaj has submitted a formal request to the Basic Court in Ferizaj concerning the determination of pre-trial detention for Arjeta Roshaj. This action follows an investigation into a suspected murder that occurred in Ferizaj on June 28, 2026. According to the documentation filed by “Betimi për Drejtësi” (Pledge for Justice) on the same date, the incident took place around 10:40 PM on “Sejdi Sejdiu” street.

The location specified was a residential property rented from the father of the deceased, identified as M.B. The initial report alleges that the deceased sustained fatal injuries following an altercation involving F.H. Tutje, who is reported to be deceased.

The filing details that the deceased was present at the residence when the confrontation occurred. The allegations state that after a disagreement escalated into a physical altercation, the deceased allegedly obtained a firearm from the other party and fired a single shot in the direction of the deceased, resulting in fatal wounds.
