Authorities, including the MPB, responded to incidents involving allegations of physical assault and threats against family members. On June 26, 2026, an incident was reported in Karposh, where a 43-year-old woman stated that her ex-partner attacked her and their minor daughter around 2:00 PM.
The following day, June 27, 2026, saw further reported violence. In Sveti Nikole, police arrested an individual identified as O.M. (48) following a complaint that he physically assaulted his partner and two minor daughters at their residence.
Additionally, officials from the MPB Shtip detained S.M. (52) after receiving a report that he had threatened his daughters with a sharp object and used a machete to break items within the home. Another case of alleged domestic violence occurred in Strumica on June 27, 2026.
