US: The last wave of major attacks against Iran concludes

The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced the conclusion of its latest wave of major strikes against Iran. According to CENTCOM, the strikes, which took place in the early hours of the morning, involved fighter jets, aerial drones, and warships deploying munitions targeting numerous Iranian military installations.

In a formal statement, the Central Command detailed that the targeted sites included coastal surveillance and air defense facilities, as well as military logistical infrastructure and naval capabilities. Previous reports had indicated that the United States had struck at least two locations within southern Iran, which CENTCOM may have classified as “military logistical infrastructure.”

This action represents the sixth consecutive night of U.S. military strikes directed at Iranian targets.

The operations underscore a sustained pattern of military engagement by U.S. forces in the region. The strikes were executed using a combination of aerial and maritime assets to degrade various elements of Iran’s military capacity.
