Volkswagen redesigned the Caddy – the biggest change is in the interior

Volkswagen has revealed an updated version of the popular Caddy, which is set to arrive for the 2027 model year, incorporating several notable enhancements. While the exterior updates are relatively subtle, the most substantial improvements are concentrated within the cabin. Visually, the new Caddy features a redesigned front bumper, an expanded palette of body colors, and updated alloy wheels available in sizes ranging from 16 to 18 inches.

These changes maintain the model’s recognizable profile. The interior, however, has undergone a significant transformation. Volkswagen has integrated a freestanding 13-inch central display screen.

Furthermore, the new Caddy now comes standard with the Digital Cockpit Pro digital instrument cluster. Connectivity and convenience have also been upgraded, including a 25W wireless charging pad and three USB-C ports capable of delivering up to 60W of charging power. Additionally, the vehicle features an updated control panel dedicated to climate control functions.

These technological and design upgrades position the model to meet modern consumer expectations while retaining the utility that has defined the Caddy for years.
