Vushtri Hospital to Expand with New Annex Project

Vushtri, Kosovo – A significant expansion project is commencing at the Vushtri Hospital, aimed at increasing treatment capacities and improving patient care. Health Minister Arben Vitia announced the initiative, detailing the construction of a new hospital annex. The project, valued at 7.5 million euros, will substantially expand existing spaces within the facility.

According to Minister Vitia, the annex will be constructed to meet modern healthcare standards and will incorporate updated medical equipment. The goal is to bolster the hospital’s ability to serve the community of Vushtri and surrounding areas. “Spaces are being expanded and treatment capacities are being increased at the Vushtri Hospital,” Minister Vitia stated.

“The annex will be built according to modern standards, with new medical equipment and greater treatment capacities.”

The project has received support from the United Arab Emirates, alongside approval from the Municipality and Municipal Council of Vushtri. Further details regarding the timeline for completion are forthcoming. The expansion is expected to significantly enhance the hospital’s operational capabilities and contribute to improved healthcare services in the region.
