Lëvizja Vetëvendosje has continued to respond to statements made by former President Vjosa Osmani following an appearance on the “Pressing” program. Deputant Adnan Rrustemi issued a statement referencing comments Osmani made during a parliamentary session concerning Prime Minister Albin Kurti. Rrustemi pointed to Osmani’s assertion that Kurti had engaged in playing “bixhoz” – a term referring to informal gatherings – with allies.
Rrustemi questioned the necessity of Osmani’s remarks, suggesting she should have carefully considered her words. He posed a series of questions regarding the significance of Kurti’s relationships with allies, specifically asking why Osmani’s role was perceived as safeguarding those connections. “If dialogue was not and is not Kurti’s strongest point, then why did the president need to be ‘guardian’ of friendship with friends?” Rrustemi stated.
“Or why did she need to say Kurti was playing bixhoz with alliances?”
