The Regional Water Utility Company “Prishtina” has issued a notice regarding a significant defect discovered within the local water supply network near the Dardania neighborhood. Consequently, the utility has initiated a temporary interruption of water service to several sectors across the capital city. The affected areas include portions of Bill Clinton street and the Lakrishtë neighborhood, which will experience a disruption in their water supply.
Representatives from KRU “Prishtina” confirmed that maintenance teams are currently deployed to the site. These teams are actively working to pinpoint and repair the underlying defect with the objective of restoring full water service in the shortest possible timeframe. The company stated that the water supply will be normalized immediately following the successful completion of the necessary repairs and once operational safety standards for the system have been re-established.
