“We are solving the problem,” Adnan Azizi gives details on the jurisprudence exam in Albanian

VLEN party deputy Adnan Azizi addressed the issue of jurisprudential examinations conducted in the Albanian language during a broadcast on Tv21’s Click Plus program. Azizi stated that a resolution regarding this matter is forthcoming, while also outlining the specific procedures for implementing student requests. He acknowledged that the provision of the jurisprudential exam in Albanian is being addressed because it constitutes a significant problem.

According to Azizi, the structure of the exam is unique, comprising five distinct phases and a total of ten examinations, all of which will be administered in Albanian. However, he clarified that the practical component, which consists of two exams, must be conducted in the Macedonian language. Despite this language requirement for the practical section, support mechanisms, including translation services, will be made available to students.

Azizi elaborated that this practical portion pertains specifically to judicial subjects, which are inherently covered in Macedonian. The deputy emphasized that while the commitment to using the Albanian language for the majority of the assessment is being implemented, the practical exams adhere to the established language of the relevant judicial materials. This clarification aims to detail the scope of the language accommodations while confirming the commitment to resolving the linguistic challenges associated with the examination process.
