Work on the “Frashëri Brothers” street in Rahovec is nearing completion, improving the electricity supply.

The Director of Public Services, Përparim Krasniqi, announced significant progress regarding infrastructure improvements within Rahovec. He reported that construction work on “Vëllezërit Frashëri” street has reached its final stages, specifically enhancing the local electricity supply. Furthermore, ongoing work is taking place on “Agim Qelaj” street.

This phase involves opening a canal and installing necessary electrical cables, developments crucial for the eventual commissioning of a new transformer station. According to Krasniqi, this combined investment is designed to substantially improve the overall electricity supply network, providing residents of this section of the city with a more reliable and secure power infrastructure. Krasniqi acknowledged the efforts that facilitated the pace of these developments.

He extended thanks to the Mayor of the Municipality, Smajl Latifi, for his commitment in accelerating and completing this vital project for the citizens of Rahovec. These ongoing civil works are integral to modernizing the area’s utilities.
