Two arrested, suspected of theft in Pristina

Kosovo Police announced the successful conclusion of an operation conducted by the Capital Investigations Sector, resulting in the arrested detention of two individuals. The suspects are being held in connection with a serious case of motor vehicle theft. The operation stemmed from an ongoing investigation into the theft of a motorcycle that took place in Pristina on May 23, 2026.

According to the official police statement, the investigation focused on the criminal act classified as “Serious Theft.”

The two individuals taken into custody have been identified as Mr. K., a 35-year-old male, and D.B., a 21-year-old male. Following their detention, the suspects were formally interviewed in coordination with the State Prosecutor’s office.

They were subsequently taken into official custody for a period of 48 hours to facilitate the ongoing legal process.
