Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and a Member of the Kosovo Parliament, Glauk Konjufca, addressed journalists recently concerning the ongoing developments within the country’s institutional constitution process. Speaking on the matter, Konjufca confirmed that the forthcoming stages are integral components of the nation’s constitutional formation. He stated that while he is not setting a specific date, the scheduling for the next session will be officially announced in due course.
“It is part of the further constitutional formation of our country. It may be called, I do not set the date, but I believe it will be announced,” Konjufca remarked to the press corps. Furthermore, Konjufca addressed the procedural mechanism for challenging legal frameworks, advising that any assertion regarding a violation of the Constitution must be formally directed to the Constitutional Court.
He emphasized the established judicial channel for such grievances, stating, “Whoever thinks the Constitution has been violated, let them address it to the Constitutional Court.”
The acting minister concluded his remarks by reaffirming the commitment to the constitutional path forward.
