This measure aims to safeguard consumers and ensure fair and competitive practices within the market. The decision, finalized on Friday, took effect today, April 4th, 2026.
Kusari-Lila stated that the protective measures will remain in place for fuel products used in transportation. The goal is to protect consumers and maintain a level playing field for market vendors. The official decision was published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo on April 3rd, 2026, and became effective immediately.
