A person connected to the accident in Skopje, where a 19-year-old died yesterday, is deprived of his freedom.

The Internal Police Department in Skopje has taken action following a fatal accident that occurred on “Radishanska” street on August 7th. Authorities detained a 46-year-old male, identified as S.O., from Haraçina, after his vehicle was found to be involved in the collision. The initial incident involved an “Alfa Romeo” driven by S.B., aged 47, and a “Kawasaki” motorcycle operated by N.M., who was 19 years old.

Tragically, the 19-year-old motorcyclist, who hailed from Pobozhje, passed away at the scene. The driver of the Alfa Romeo sustained physical injuries. Following an examination of the scene and the review of video footage, police determined that a third vehicle, a “Seat Altea” bearing Skopje license plates, was also a contributing factor to the accident, despite having no physical contact with the other parties.

According to the Internal Police, the driver of the Seat Altea left the scene of the accident without providing assistance to the injured parties. The investigation has focused on the sequence of events leading to the collision. The department’s findings indicate that the presence of the Seat Altea significantly impacted the circumstances surrounding the incident that took place in the specified year.
