Kosovo’s Minister of Economy, Isa Mustafa, is launching a new book, “Economic Convergence of Kosovo with the European Union,” which is now available at the Academy of Sciences of Kosovo. The publication is presented as a scholarly and professional work intended to elevate the profile of the LDK party. Mustafa believes the book offers a valuable opportunity for LDK deputies and the party’s cultural and artistic representatives to engage with Kosovo at a higher level.
He asserts that Kosovo serves as a model for economic development, particularly concerning consumption and production patterns, while acknowledging a persistent negative balance of trade. According to Mustafa, the country’s economy demonstrates a mature relationship with the European Union, as evidenced by its gross product, overall standard of living, and debt levels. He forecasts that within the next decade, Kosovo will achieve convergence with the EU.
