Following the discovery, the Food and Veterinary Agency (AVA) was officially notified of the situation.
AVA officials were present at the site and conducted their own assessment, confirming the expired status of the materials. Consequently, the agency issued an order mandating the disposal of the non-compliant goods in strict accordance with established legal procedures. The necessary measures were subsequently implemented, and the entire consignment of expired goods was formally removed from the customs warehouse.
