DAP: You can scan, the “My VAT” system is available for users

The Directorate of Public Revenue (DAP) has announced that the operational issue affecting the “My VAT” platform has been fully resolved, and the associated application is once again available for all registered users. The application, which serves as the primary portal for hundreds of thousands of citizens to claim partial refunds of value-added tax (VAT) incurred during commerce, had been temporarily suspended for a period of five days. According to the DAP, the interruption in the service was implemented to facilitate necessary system upgrades and technical adjustments across the entire platform infrastructure.

These maintenance procedures were described as essential for improving overall system functionality and stability. Following the completion of these comprehensive processes, the Directorate confirmed that the system is fully active and operational. Users accessing the service via both Android and iOS operating systems can now resume submitting their claims.

The reopening marks the conclusion of the scheduled technical overhaul, allowing citizens to utilize the platform for their VAT refund submissions without further disruption. The DAP statement confirms that the system has been thoroughly tested and restored to full capacity for public use.
