Dushi: Rama, Avdullah Hoti, and Hykmete Bajrami have been mentioned to lead the LDK

Florian Dushi, the Chairman of the Second Branch of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) in Pristina, stated that the party has not demonstrated an upward trend in its electoral results across the last three national election cycles. Speaking during an appearance on Debat Plus, Dushi noted that despite ongoing organizational efforts and internal restructuring within the LDK, the party has been unsuccessful in improving its overall electoral performance. Dushi emphasized that the current stagnation necessitates a period of deep reflection within the party structure.

He stressed that the consistent lack of electoral growth must be addressed as a matter of significant political responsibility for the LDK leadership. According to Dushi, the party possesses sufficient capable figures who are ready to assume responsibility for guiding the organization’s future direction. However, he maintained that the immediate and paramount priority must be establishing a clear path forward that can translate into improved voter support.

The Chairman’s comments underscore an internal recognition that past strategies have not yielded the desired political momentum. The focus, therefore, is shifting towards accountability for the party’s electoral standing and defining a renewed operational mandate to recapture voter confidence.
