Reports indicate that the strap options for the upcoming Galaxy Watch9 are set to maintain the quick-release mechanism introduced with the Galaxy Watch8. Furthermore, Samsung is anticipated to launch a new strap design drawing inspiration from the previous year’s Marine Band. This new accessory is expected to be compatible with both the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 and the Galaxy Watch9.
Colorways for this band include black, cream, green, bright blue, and orange. The established Sport Band is also slated for a refreshed design update, intended for use across both smartwatches. This version will reportedly be available in blue, black, yellow, and green, with the possibility of additional color additions.
In addition to these updates, Samsung is also projected to offer a Hybrid Band featuring a finish that mimics leather. This premium band is expected to come in four color options: beige, brown, black, and gray. These planned strap refreshes suggest an emphasis on material variety and user customization for the next generation of wearable technology within the Galaxy ecosystem.
The continued refinement of accessories supports the overall integration and longevity of the watch line, particularly for the high-end Ultra model.
