Gasoline is released for 1 cent in Kosovo

Kosovo citizens will see a slight reduction in the cost of diesel fuel today, following an adjustment to the maximum allowable price. The Ministry of Industry, Enterprise, Trade and Innovation announced that the maximum price for diesel has been lowered by one cent per liter, decreasing from 1.54 to 1.53 euros per liter. These revised pricing structures took effect at 10:00 AM.

In addition to the adjustment for diesel, the Ministry also set the maximum price for gasoline at 1.40 euros per liter. Furthermore, the price for gas was established at 0.68 euros per liter. These newly established rates are valid for September 11, 2026.

The decision to update these figures was made by the Ministry of Industry, Enterprise, Trade and Innovation as part of its routine process for adjusting the maximum allowed prices for oil derivatives circulating in the market. Such updates are implemented to reflect current market conditions for essential fuels. The Ministry confirmed that these new rates govern the sale of all listed petroleum products per liter.

Consumers who have questions or wish to dispute the new pricing structure are advised to submit formal complaints through the official channels provided by the ministry. These adjustments ensure that the pricing remains consistent with the latest regulatory standards for energy consumption.
