Circulation is reorganized in Lakrishtë; the previous traffic scheme is restored on “Hekurudha” and “Vicianum” streets

The Municipality of Pristina has issued an announcement detailing the reorganization of vehicle circulation within the Lakrishte neighborhood. This adjustment follows the successful completion of partial infrastructure works and necessary repairs conducted throughout the area. According to the notice, the Mayor of the Capital City has authorized changes to the traffic flow on two key thoroughfares: “Hekurudha” Street and “Vicianum” Street.

Regarding “Hekurudha” Street, the established circulation pattern has been restored to its previous operational status. Specifically, the traffic flow on this street will proceed in a defined direction, commencing from the intersection point with ‘Magjistralja M-2’ Street and heading toward both ‘Tirana’ and ‘Bekim Fehmiu’ Streets. Furthermore, the Municipality confirmed that “Vicianum” Street will also operate under a revised circulation plan.

The designated flow for “Vicianum” Street will begin at the junction with ‘Ahmet Krasniqi’ Street, directing traffic toward ‘Magjistralja M-2’ Street. These adjustments aim to normalize traffic movement across the neighborhood following the completion of the infrastructure improvements. Residents and commuters are advised to adhere to the newly defined circulation routes as they resume normal operation.
