Gjini: The alliance is ready to make the quorum for the president, but we demand a written commitment to our conditions

Ardian Gjini, the leader of the Alliance, stated that his party is prepared to participate in the formation of new state institutions, provided that a clear, written commitment is established regarding actions deemed beneficial to the citizens of Kosovo. During a press conference, Gjini outlined the conditions under which the Alliance would support the process involving the Vetëvendosje Movement. Gjini emphasized that the Alliance intends to support the establishment of these necessary institutions and will not obstruct the process.

He further assured the public that if a quorum is required for legislative proceedings, the Alliance is ready to ensure its presence. “We will not hinder the establishment of institutions in any way. If a quorum is needed, we will ensure it,” Gjini stated.

However, he stressed the necessity of mutual guarantees. “We demand a clear written commitment that these actions will be undertaken. In return, we do not ask for anything,” he declared.

The statements clarify that the primary condition set by the Alliance, through Gjini, is the formal documentation of future governance steps. This approach signals a willingness to engage in the institutional building process while simultaneously demanding accountability and a written guarantee of policy direction from the involved parties.
