The Municipality of Han e Elezit hosted a Traditional Fair, an event deemed successful by Mayor Mehmet Ballazhi. The gathering served as a significant platform for the region’s agricultural sector, featuring the participation of fifteen local producers and farmers. The primary objective of the fair was to elevate awareness of high-quality local products and strengthen the direct relationship between local producers and consumers.
The initiative aimed to bolster the local economy by encouraging citizens to source fresh, high-quality goods directly from community farmers. During the course of the fair, the contributions of all participating producers were acknowledged for their efforts in showcasing their wares. The organization of the event was supported by key community partners, including LAB – Laboratory for Business Activities and IKC – Initiative for Kosovo Community.
Officials extended gratitude to these partners for their support, as well as to the attending citizens whose participation affirmed the importance of such community-driven markets. The fair underscored the potential within the local agricultural supply chain, providing a vital marketplace for regional producers to connect with the consumer base.
