Vlera Krasniqi, the Police Spokesperson for the Gjakova region, confirmed that initial assessments revealed incidents in the villages of Gërgoc and Cërmjan.
She stated that relevant units of the Kosovo Police promptly responded to the affected locations to evaluate the situation and deliver necessary support. Krasniqi reported that, based on preliminary scene information, the severe weather caused multiple instances of downed trees and compromised electrical poles in both Gërgoc and Cërmjan. She confirmed that police units were dispatched to these sites, and emergency services have been alerted to the situation.
