The Public Hydroeconomic Enterprise “Ibër-Lepenc” has commenced an action to clear unauthorized structures situated near Ujmani Lake. The enterprise has identified eleven buildings constructed on land belonging to “Ibër-Lepenc.”
According to Faruk Mujka, the Executive Director of “Ibër-Lepenc,” this current effort represents the second phase of an ongoing property clearance process. Mujka informed Telegrafi that the initial steps in this matter began approximately one month ago, targeting the unauthorized construction of multiple dwellings on the enterprise’s holdings.
He specified that the notice for the property clearance was officially delivered on March 3rd. Mujka stated that the occupants of these structures have not complied with the directives to vacate the premises, despite the official notices issued by the enterprise. The ongoing action is aimed at reclaiming the properties for the use of “Ibër-Lepenc.”
The directive emphasizes that the enterprise is proceeding with the clearance of the eleven structures.
Mujka confirmed that the lack of voluntary departure from the occupants necessitates the continuation of the formal action. The objective remains the full regularization and reclamation of the specified properties around Ujmani Lake.
