Former Kosovo Mayor, Prishtina Sadriu, addressed a public gathering, urging the President and Prime Minister, Vjosa Osmani, to demonstrate their commitment to the parliament’s mandate and the town’s progress. Sadriu specifically requested a strong audience response to underscore this dedication. During his address, Sadriu announced his resignation from his role as mayor.
He emphasized the need for proactive engagement in the town’s development, stating that residents should not be apprehensive about discussing and contributing to improvements. “You don’t have to be afraid of posting on the town’s development, at least not in the town’s development,” Sadriu declared. He advocated for a transformative approach, urging the community to actively work towards reshaping and enhancing the town.
Sadriu called for a vision of creating a “new town,” emphasizing the importance of active participation and involvement in its development. He stressed the necessity of residents taking a more direct role in shaping the town’s future.
