A subsequent phase of traffic management is scheduled from 12:00 PM until 12:00 AM.
During this time, circulation will be halted on the segment connecting “Casa Italia” to “Pavarësia” street and extending to “Sokrat Miho” street. Authorities emphasize that the purpose of these measures is to manage the increased volume of traffic associated with the major event in Tirana.
