Eleven individuals have been arrested, and a warrant has been issued for two others, in connection with the murder of a Portuguese tourist in Ksamil. The incident took place on the morning of August 18 at the “Principote” venue. Police reports indicate that the victim, identified as 20-year-old L.
V., was suspected of having been stabbed multiple times during a dispute involving several people. The primary suspect in the murder, 29-year-old S. L., known by the alias S.
V., was apprehended in Levan, Fier. Authorities found him hiding within the luggage compartment of a vehicle that was heading toward Tirana. Two Turkish citizens were also found in the vehicle: 31-year-old E.
P. and 38-year-old N. M.
Investigations suggest that these two men were acquainted with the suspect and were responsible for concealing him within the vehicle to aid his escape. In addition to the main suspects, the police have made several other arrests related to the incident, including several waiters. The ongoing investigation continues to focus on the circumstances surrounding the death of the Portuguese tourist in Ksamil.
