Killing of Portuguese tourist in Ksamil, S.V., and 10 other arrests appear before the court

S.V. and ten other individuals were presented on Tuesday at the Saranda Court as part of the investigation into the murder of Portuguese tourist Luis Miguel Varela Mendes.
