Particular attention must be paid to careful vehicle management when traversing challenging topography, such as roads passing through valleys, riverbeds, and steep slopes, due to the persistent risk of potential mudslides.
These safety advisories are especially pertinent for several identified sections, including the routes connecting Katllanovë to Veles, Mavrovë to Dibër to Strugë, Vinicë to Berovë, and Koçan to Dellçevë. Motorists are urged to exercise heightened vigilance, acknowledging that while the general state of the roads is improving, localized conditions require constant awareness.
