LDK organs have begun addressing the post-election situation

The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) convened a meeting of its Presidency with branch leaders today to discuss the current post-election situation. During the session, LDK deputy chairman Lutfi Haziri affirmed the party’s commitment to remaining an active participant in the development of state institutions. Haziri indicated that the College of Branches is currently engaged in addressing the complexities following the recent election.

He clarified that the party’s official stance on the matter will be released subsequent to the conclusion of the meeting. “Today we have the College of Branches of the LDK. The post-election situation is part of the work where the chairman of the LDK and the bodies of the LDK begin to address the post-election situation,” Haziri stated.

He elaborated that this engagement stems from the political processes, within which the LDK has decided in principle to maintain an active role in the building of institutions. The party’s leadership is systematically reviewing the implications of the recent electoral period. Haziri concluded by noting that all formal statements regarding the post-election environment will be issued once the deliberations of the LDK’s governing bodies are complete.
