LSDM: Two years since the Mickoski government, the result of the promises made is zero

The LSDM has released an analysis suggesting that the commitments made to the electorate by Christian Mickoski and OBRM-PDUKM during the past two years have not been fully realized. According to the party, an examination of the “Platform 1198” program indicates that up to 90% of the stated promises remain unfulfilled. The critique highlights several key areas where, according to the lsdm, the current economic situation deviates from initial campaign pledges.

While the administration had pledged an improved standard of living, the analysis points to ongoing financial strain for citizens. Furthermore, the party notes a significant discrepancy regarding inflation rates; while a target of 2.5% was communicated, current food price increases have driven inflation to 4.8%, which the LSDM states is double the European average. Regarding economic stability, the report claims that promises of increased foreign investment have been contradicted by data showing a near two-thirds decline in such investments.

On the labor market, the LSDM asserts that despite promises of job creation and wage increases, citizens are confronting a documented 22% rise in poverty levels and a corresponding decrease in purchasing power.
