Montenegro receives 3.2 billion euros in grants from the EU, our government is proud of 50 million

Venko Filipçe, leader of the Democratic League of Youth (LSDM), stated that the recent focus on a “Platform” is an effort to divert public attention from what he characterized as the “total debacle of the government.” He argued that instead of addressing the failures of the current administration, the spotlight has shifted back to the LSDM. Filipçe questioned the purpose of the renewed attention, suggesting it amounted to a “complete defocalization.” He listed several critical issues he believes warrant public discussion, including the governmental difficulties, the country’s isolation from Europe, the presence of pro-Russian influences, and the perceived pro-Russian alignment of Christian Mickoski’s government. Furthermore, he cited concerns over the national budget, the inadequacy of funds for pensions, salaries, social transfers, and agriculture.

He also mentioned the burden of expensive loans, such as the Hungarian loan. According to Filipçe, the necessity for rebalancing the budget serves as clear evidence of the economic struggles facing the government. The LSDM’s leader maintained that the focus should remain on these systemic failures rather than internal political debates.
