Analyst Imer Mushkolaj addressed the political landscape on the program “Debat Plus” on TV Dukagjini, indicating that current signals suggest a lack of willingness from the LDK to form a coalition with Lëvizja Vetëvendosje. He characterized the overall political environment as remaining unclear, noting that further developments are contingent upon the internal process within the LDK, specifically the election of a new leader. Mushkolaj stated, “Regarding a coalition between LVV and LDK, the signals are that they do not have that willingness.
We must wait to see what the LDK will announce. If the General Assembly is called to elect the current leader, the situation will be clearer for reflection on the creation of institutions after the election results.”
He further reported that, based on statements attributed to LDK officials, there is currently no indication of readiness for cooperation with VV. The analyst noted hearing from several LDK deputies who voiced sentiments suggesting such a lack of immediate alignment.
Mushkolaj concluded by emphasizing that the internal electoral process within the LDK is the primary factor that will clarify the path forward for any potential political alliances.
