Pacolli: There will be no decision on the ramp in Prevallë without dialogue with the residents

The acting Minister of Spatial Planning, Fitore Pacolli, has issued a statement addressing concerns raised by the residents of Prevalla regarding the proposed placement of a lamppost on the road accessing the local tourist area. Through a public announcement, Pacolli acknowledged the issues raised by the community and emphasized that any subsequent action will not proceed without direct consultation with the residents and all interested stakeholders. In her communication, Pacolli stated, “I want to assure you that no decision will be made without dialogue with the residents and interested parties.

The issue of placing the ramp and managing circulation will be discussed together with you, with the aim of finding the best solution.”

She specifically requested that the residents refrain from organizing protests, assuring them that the matter would be formally addressed during a scheduled meeting set for the following week. This commitment to dialogue underlines the Minister’s approach to infrastructure planning in the area. Pacolli’s response aims to mediate the current tension surrounding the development plans.

By promising inclusive discussion, she seeks to ensure that the final decision regarding the road modifications reflects a consensus among the local population and relevant authorities. The focus remains on collaborative problem-solving to manage both the physical infrastructure and the concerns of the local community.
