(56), who holds the position of director at the ‘Strezhevë’ Public Enterprise located in Manastir. The prosecution alleges that the director engaged in professional misconduct by repeatedly changing the assigned workplace of an employee. Specifically, the charges claim that between early 2023 and June 29, 2023, the accused allegedly mandated three separate changes to the employee’s work location.

These actions, according to the filing, constitute a violation of established national legislation. The alleged misconduct violates provisions outlined in the Law on Administrative Employees, the general Labor Law, and the Regulation for the Systematization of Jobs.
