A man has been arrested in connection with an explosion involving a truck on the Suharekë-Duhël highway, near Prizren, Kosovo, on April 8, 2026. Police Chief Shaqir Bytyqi reported the incident at 12:25 on April 8th, stating that authorities had received reports of a truck destroyed by an explosive device. The explosion occurred on the Suharekë-Duhël highway.
Following the incident, police apprehended a man near the Ibrahim Rugova highway in Sipas. According to Chief Bytyqi, the arrest followed the receipt of information regarding the explosion.
