The Auto-Moto Association of Macedonia has reported that traffic conditions across the country are currently clear and on dry roads. Movement outside of major urban centers is proceeding at a moderate pace. According to the association, there is an increased frequency of vehicles observed at the Bogorodica border point, where the estimated waiting time is approximately 15 minutes.
However, the association noted that at other border crossings, significant delays for both entry and exit from the country have ceased. LAMM advised drivers to exercise caution regarding vehicle speeds. This caution is particularly emphasized when traversing the country’s valleys, due to the potential presence of deep slides.
The report indicates that while general movement is unimpeded, drivers should remain vigilant about local road conditions and posted speed limits. The information is intended to keep the public informed about the current operational status of the national road network, particularly concerning cross-border travel and high-risk driving areas.
