Three individuals were detained in Skopje following two separate police operations that resulted in the seizure of drugs, weapons, and ammunition. According to a statement released by the Ministry of the Interior, the police conducted multiple actions to curb illicit activities within the city. On February 18, 2026, the police specifically arrested two residents of Skopje, identified as S.B.

(21) and E.A. (33), in the Bit Pazari area. During subsequent searches conducted at the suspects’ residences, and executed under a valid court order, authorities recovered and seized 58 bags of a white powdery substance, which are suspected to be drugs, along with a digital scale.

The overall police efforts reported on that day indicated a broader crackdown, leading to the confiscation of various materials. The seizures confirmed the presence of illicit substances, weapons, and ammunition across the sites of the operations. These coordinated police actions underscore ongoing efforts by local law enforcement to maintain public safety by intercepting illegal goods.
