During the proceedings overseen by Judge Rrahman Beqiri, the court noted the absence of several individuals. Specifically, the judge observed that the accused Nenad Orlović was not present.
Furthermore, earlier proceedings had noted the absence of the accused Nenad Orlović and his lawyer, Sërgjan Vučinić, alongside lawyer Bogdan Llaziq. The dismissal of charges against Radosavljević and Dobrač, predicated on their agreement to plead guilty, marks a significant development in the legal handling of the 2022 events.
