This digital assistant is designed to aid council members, especially newer deputies, in managing the increasing volume of documents and political issues they encounter. Martin Burki, a deputy from the liberal party, stated that the workload within the Zurich parliament has grown significantly in recent years.
He highlighted that the sheer number of topics requiring review and analysis is continuously escalating, making efficient information retrieval a critical need for the deputies. A generative AI system possesses the capability to learn independently and create new, synthesized texts, offering a more dynamic level of support.
