Dimitrievski: Advisors and deputies who were made independent must return the mandate

During a recent panel discussion held in Prilep, ZNAM Chairman Maksim Dimitrievski addressed the political status of several deputies and advisors who have departed the party. Dimitrievski asserted that the most responsible course of action for these former members would be to return the mandates they originally secured through the support of the ZNAM party structure. His comments specifically targeted an advisor within the Prilep Municipal Council who recently opted to operate independently.

Dimitrievski argued that both this advisor and Deputy Mile Cekov achieved their positions based on the confidence and trust initially placed in the party by the electorate. Consequently, he suggested that the most ethical decision would be for both individuals to reintegrate their mandates back into the ZNAM movement. Furthermore, Dimitrievski urged the independent advisor to provide a transparent explanation to her constituents regarding the reasons behind her decision to act separately.

He emphasized that this commitment to transparency should apply not only to her but also to Deputy Mile Cekov. The statements from Dimitrievski reflect a firm expectation that political loyalty and representation remain anchored to the core principles and electoral base of the ZNAM party.
