The Strugë Municipal Council has approved adjustments to the operating hours for hospitality establishments within Strugë for the upcoming summer season and specific holiday periods. This decision aims to support the hosting of various cultural, tourist, and public events by extending business hours. Under the new regulations, the general operating hours for these establishments will be extended on weekends and designated public event days, allowing them to operate until 2:00 AM, an increase from the previous 1:00 AM curfew.
Furthermore, a significant extension has been granted for the long holiday weekend spanning August 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, during which the establishments will be permitted to operate until 3:00 AM. The Municipality of Strugë also announced that the one-hour extension of operating hours will be implemented on several other dates throughout the spring and summer. These additional dates include April 26th, 27th, and 28th, as well as May 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th, 13th, 14th, 15th, 26th, 28th, and 29th.
These updated guidelines dictate when local hospitality establishments can operate to better accommodate increased public activity. The council’s action is designed to facilitate smoother operations for venues hosting visitors and community gatherings throughout the designated periods.
