The Regional Waterworks Company “Mitrovica” has issued a notice regarding scheduled interventions affecting the water and sewage infrastructure across several areas. Maintenance teams are currently on site to perform necessary works on the water supply network in multiple locations. Specific areas slated for water supply network maintenance include “UÇK” Street near the Regional Hospital, “Sabedin Prekazi” Street, “Hoxhë Hasan Tahsini” Street, “Kodër” – Zasellë, Shupkofc village, Frashër i Madh village, Vidimriq village, and Koshtovë village.
In addition to the water infrastructure, the company has announced separate works on the sewage network. These sewage system upgrades will take place along “Artim Jashari” Street, “Jeton Tërstena” Street, “Ilaz Broja” Street, “Adem Trepça” Street, and “Ali Pashë Tepelena” Street. The notice further details that during the execution of the work on the primary water supply network, the availability of drinking water will be impacted.
Residents and businesses in the affected zones are advised to prepare for service interruptions as the teams work to maintain and improve the overall water supply reliability.
